This neighborhood isn’t just a place to stay; it’s the beating heart of Maui’s luxury resort experience. From your villa’s lanai, you’ll look out over Mōkapu Beach, a west-facing, soft-sand shoreline ideal for swimming, snorkeling, or simply strolling at dusk. The water here is calm and crystalline most of the year, and you can often spot sea turtles gliding near the reef or, in winter, humpback whales breaching offshore. The iconic Wailea Beach Path runs just in front of the Andaz Resort, offering a scenic coastal walk that links five of Maui’s most famous beaches. Morning jogs or sunset strolls along this path are pure magic.

Guests enjoy full access and charging privileges at Andaz Maui: five pools (three cascading infinity, lagoon, adults-only), hot tubs, beach setup, fitness center and classes, ‘Awili Spa & Salon (fee), restaurants, lounges, room service (to the villa), and resort activities (some included with the resort fee; subject to availability). Direct beach access to Mokapu plus the Wailea coastal path. Inside the villa: private lanai with hot tub and stainless BBQ, butler’s pantry with wine fridge, fully equipped kitchen, in-villa laundry, secure Wi-Fi, and an in-suite safe. Elevator access to the villa building. Valet parking only; no self-parking. Cabanas rentable; loungers first-come. Some amenities/activities are availability-dependent.
